Hotel Manager is unprofessional and rude. We checked in late Saturday night. Sunday morning we noticed shower was broken. We called the front desk to report broken shower. We were told maintenance wouldn’t be available until Monday. We were told they would get back to us with a possible solution. After calling the front desk a few times and waiting a few hours due to manager being on his lunch break and not hearing back, I called for an update. Policy is ridiculous
Elevator was not working. Was told that it has been out for a week. Had to climb stairs to 3rd floor with luggages. Roaches in the stairway. Carpet smelled in room. Bathroom door had heavy water damage and would not open / close properly. Would not stay there again.
Very limited offers. Terrible breakfasts setups with limited offerings.

Due to system update we were kept waiting for almost 1 hr during check in (at midnight)

Really Bad service The front desk service could be better. They ask for every guess ID's this is horrible, I been staying in hotels for more that 30 years and they only ask for ID of the person how did the reservation. Since my dad lost his ID, we found another hotel next to it that let him stay without identification. No coffee pots in the rooms. The room came with ZERO utensils, or anything for the kitchen.
