Smelly room with a ton of noise, horrible stay The room smelled terrible. The upstairs occupants were so noisy even at 2 am so that we could not sleep and the management was not able to address that. Will never ever stay there again. Also The area did not feel safe. we have arrived at 3.5 pm and the front door was locked, that made us believe this area is not safe. At night when parking our car a guy who seemed smoking weed behind the wall next to the parking lot was asking us for food or money. Horrible stay overall. By the... read more

The gentleman checking in was rude, the room they put us in, was very noisy neighbors. Their breakfast was only muffins and neutral game bars, and no creamer for the coffee. We will not be staying and it extended America again.

The complementary breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal with lukewarm water, no milk, coffee with creamer... that's it. Nada Hair dryer issued at the front desk only. When I asked for a late checkout at 12pm instead of 11am, Abel said no. You have to leave at 11am, no exceptions. I won't be back...and, I am not a Karen

Maybe it is just Bakersfield Loud area and homeless people around the parking area. I heard music late at night. maybe this hotel was in a bad area that I did not know about

The hotel is on the edge of an edgy area, on the backside of shopping center., So, there's food gas etc within walking distance. The hotel looks clean. The room was surprisingly fairly big, with a stove stop and a real, full size frig. It looked clean. However, the bedspread was dusty and with dust come dust mites. Even after spraying it and the sheets and pillows with alcohol, which helped, i could still feel the mites on my face every now and then at night. So, obviously, the room only looked clean. The staff was so rude. They said my deposit was on hold for 35 business days.
