It's a ridiculous only has one cart for entire. This feedback for Extended Stay America Suite Bakersfield Chester Lane, CA. 3600 Chester Lane CA 93309. Everything was good 👍 until we found out no cart for us to load the luggages to room and our room was fourth floor. We arrived and checked in at 8:45pm and the front desk person said they only have one cart for whole entire hotels building. we asked for late check out and had to pay for another full night. i have never experienced this before. i was scared in this place.

Room was clean. No good breakfast. No shampoo. They clean the room weekly. Parties nights you can't rest. I talked with Abel, manager but he didn't do anything about the noises. He didn't even offer me to change my room; I threatened them to call the police. For the service that I got, the price is too much. I'd said 2 stars instead of 3
