Awful hotel scary feeling police presence felt treated like a criminal

Are you kidding me? I have never been told there is an early check in fee.... check in was 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:05 PM. They charged me 25 dollars to access my room 55 minutes early. The room had no amenities.... not even a piece of paper and a pen. I would never book this hotel again.

Von außen betrachtet scheint das höre ganz in Ordnung. Auch der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer war okay. Allerdings schien schon eine Weile nicht am Kühlschrank gewischt worden und auch die Klimaanlage sollte mal gewartet werden. Aus dieser kam ein an Urin erinnernder Geruch. Personal am Morgen schien ziemlich unmotiviert

The hotel itself was fine-- room clean enough-- but my car window was smashed in the parking lot overnight and camping stuff was stolen. When I told the hotel staffperson she acted like it happened all the time. I'm waiting to see if the hotel's insurance will compensate me at all. When I asked for a discount on the room rate because of the circumstances, I was told they couldn't alter the rate because I booked through Expedia. (Even though I chose the 'pay at hotel' option on Expedia). Be careful if you stay here.

Someone with a key tried to enter my room at 11:00 pm If i dud mot have door latch on, they would have been able to come in Called front desk and all they said was they would check ot out Did not come to my door to ask how i was I sm a single women Had a room at back of property where people' could see in before i closed drapes after entering

Avoid this place The walls were so thin you can hear the neighbors breathe.. The rooms were so stuffy my allergies would not stop. My asthma was acting up as well. Not sure if this place is near a fire station, but we had fire truck alarms all night long.

when I got there i was told there was no rooms available even though I had a reservation with Expedia . They said to me to contact them and make another reservation.

Rude Service, no responsibility They booked our room withiut AC. Once we reached at 11 pm. Thy asked us to take or leave. Girl at counter was rude and did not even offer token sorry for kicking us out at 11 pm. I hv stayed at other Extended stay properties and always had a positive experience. After this, will never stay at a Extended stay property anywhere.

The lobby was old, the halls smelled bad, the elevator was sketchy, the room was filthy, the sheets were stained, there's no good channels on the TV, and I certainly didn't want to shower in the falling apart shower. I slept fully clothed with no blankets, didn't want to risk bed bugs or whatever disease was crawling in those sheets. It was a stay just to sleep during our trip so it wasn't worth complaining. The last time I stayed here a few years ago it was filthy as well. I won't stay here again. Really gross.
