Not welcoming barely good for 1nt stay Firstly I did not feel welcomed. Not even one smile. No eye contact. Just asked for my name asked what floor I would like and gave me the card key without a word. Later I asked for some cups by phone.I went down to pick them up. Hello It was ok, clean bedsheets towels etc. The television screen was small and way too far from the bed. Overall it was a comfortable one night stop over on our way to our destination. I wish they had some decent breakfast instead of just the muffins and coffee on the go. Last but not the least, the parking lot had good security measures in place with an attendant, which gave me much relief at night parking my Van with all my belongings and not having to worry about someone breaking in at night. My favorite place to stay, I have a small service dog and they are very accommodating and super kind. The rooms are large and the dog friendly rooms are awesome for pets. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I will absolutely be staying here regularly!
