Carpet and bathroom needs an update. Also there was hair in the shower. But for the price it was alright.

No flexibilty on check in times unless you pay extra. Rooms are relatively clean and kitchenette was satisfactory. Had problems accessing main entry doors when no staff around. It was not a card problem it was a door problem so staff was ill informed. Overall average experience for the price. Would stay again.

The fire alarm kept going on and off and when I called the front desk to ask if it was a test or threat they said they couldn’t confirm or deny either or. This happened several time throughout the day and night. Every thing else was perfect.

Best rate for the comfort and security provided From check in to check out the team checked to make sure everything was ok with our stay. The room was clean, the AC worked wonderfully in the Bakersfield heat and the hotel was secured from the entrance gate to the front door.
