Appreciated the management for allowing us to check in with 2 dogs, even tho I had called prior to my visit to request a 1st floor room due to the additional luggage. Unfortunatley they only had rooms on the 4th floor, but was a great room and easy to get to from the elevators. Would like to of had a better personality in the evening check in counter, as the girl was not very friendly and was missing a personality. The next morning lady was wonderful. Clean Always so clean by far the best hotel
The room was a nice studio room, it has two burners for cooking, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. One problem, the room stunk like someone stayed here for a month and was a smoker that smoked in the room. It clearly states in the room that it’s a non smoking room. I would be nice if people had more courtesy towards property rules. It’s not the properties fault that this is not a full 5 star review. Other than that issue, the room would get a 5 star.
