They were operating on a skeleton housekeeping crew and they didnt offer new towels for a several day stay

Upon arrival I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while whoever was working was on the phone she hung up proceeded to walk away until I said “Really” my room was suppose to be a room with a king size bed instead it was two standard beds near a stairwell not cool. The bathroom toilet had a ring in it as it was not cleaned. Needless to say between the customer service and the wrong room it ruined my get away from my home I will not return

The staff was attentive to needs. The place is practicing safety in this covid times. I just wish they can provide bottled water since there is no breakfast/dining during these times
