11/15 stay Was there for a lacrosse tournament and at the hotel for less than 24 hours. Disappointed as I called the dedk and asked for late check out and was told there would be a charge. Would have liked a bit more flexibility as I arrived at 8 PM and left the hotel at 7 in AM. My flight didn’t depart from BWJ until 9 PM.

Price is always the reason to stay at Extended Stay and that’s a plus. I try not to have unrealistic expectations but at a bare minimum the bathroom should be clean. There were tiny hairs stuck to all of the shower walls, which is controllable and therefore should never happen. The heater also didn’t work properly but that can be chalked up to the previous guest not reporting any issues. So I might stay here again to give them a second chance but I’ll probably test out different properties in the area first.

The lobby was very dirty and we did not receive a friendly greeting when we arrived. We were not told what time Check out was or what and where breakfast was going to be. The room was clean and very accommodating except there was a leak coming from the back of the toilet which we informed the desk clerk as we were checking out.

Quiet, clean, pleasant stay We were only there for 13 hours but had a pleasant night resting up for a busy day.
