Clean, comfortable Clean, suitable. You do not get housekeeping daily in this establishment. If this is important to you, you might wish to stay elsewhere.
A place to crash for the night My daughter and I drove to Maryland to see my son who was in town for work. It was a lot of driving to see him for a short time but it was worth it since he has moved so far away with the Army. We just wanted a place to crash for the night and the hotel provided that place. The room itself was clean.
Complimentary breakfast is misnormer Hotel did mentioned breakfast as complimentary while booking, but it was only coffee and muffins that were placed as a breakfast which was not expected.
The room we were in had a constant rattling noise from the fridge. Also, getting towels was a little annoying. You had to go to the desk and bring your soiled towels up there, then they ran out - had to wait two hours. The staff was nice. Would love to see more toiletries or at least bigger sizes. The room we were in was convenient as far as location goes. Also, breakfast should be included for the price - there were just a few pre-packaged muffins and coffee. lackluster they don't clean your room and the breakfast was lackluster. Floors were sticky, rooms not super clean.
We checked in and as we are walking away, the desk clerk asked if we need a plate. Since the room includes a kitchen we definitely need at least one plate. We say we need all utensils to eat with. We get 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 spoons and 2 knives. We discover when we get to the room that we have no forks or pots and pans. We have to go down to retrieve those items.
