There was a used washcloth hanging over the shower rail and a circular patch of hair/debris inside the shower. I would normally overlook 1 thing, maybe even 2 due to how tired we were but the supplied towels were dingy and had stains on them. I asked the associate to have someone from housekeeping clean it but was told nobody was available. The associate stated we could wait until someone in housekeeping arrived(an hour later) or move to Room 107. We agreed on the latter. Elevator broken. No one ever at front desk

Clean hotel
This ESA was much like every other ESA I have stayed in. Good value for the money but lacking in some things. A shuttle to the airport would have saved me a day on car rental. The room was a bit tired but everything worked, something I cannot say for other ESAs I have stayed in.

No ice machine. Our stay was fine. The only drawback was there is no ice machine, so we had to get in car and get ice, but other than that it was okay.
