Had issues be it was clean No big deal, it just shouldn’t have to take me trying 4 hotel keys to get in my room. After driving 12 hours nobody feel like going back and forth trying different key cards, I literally when up and down 3 times before I was given a different room. Also didn’t like a picture of my drivers license being captured in their system it may be normal but it was a first for me, made me feel like a criminal.

Poor customer service. Unit was adequate for rate charged. Same as every other extended stay.They pared-down service of an already pared-down rental.

Ran away from woodsprings in white marsh Front desk staff was very friendly. None of the washers worked.
