The folks working the front desk were all great. The experience was fine and for $97 a night, I get what I pay for. That being said, the overall cleanliness of our room wasn't great. There were a lot of spots that did not seemed to be cleaned thoroughly. I also encountered a roach in the kitchen area, so that caused a bit of anxiety.
