The kitchen faucet was missing a handle , the refrigerator had old food in it, the carpeting was worn & dirty, the breakfast was a joke & the vending machines were too expensive and not easily found. The front desk was eating constantly snd we’re not professional compared to other similar priced hotels.

Not all Extended Stays are alike Very clean hotel, and area..my only knocks are that despite me having a service dog i was still instructed to pay a fee. The hotel website says service dogs are exempt but the front desk agent said regardless a dog is a dog. Front desk agent was kind of rude outside of charging me for a service animal. No ice machines or condiments like sugar, salt, ketchup for guests. I feel if im expected to pay over $100 for a room i shouldn't be going to a store for ice and my own bottles of condiments.
