dated room with a very uncomfortable bed. front desk staff was new, but very helpful. Had to change rooms because the toilet didn't work.

Don’t disappoint an old friend My only complaint is that when I asked for cooking utensils and dish washing liquid, the desk clerk had only one pot and stated that she only had one bottle of dishwashing detergent which she would gladly share with me. I’ve been patronizing Extended Stay America since the late ‘90’s and never before had this type of experience. The check in didn't take long. The front desk agent was too friendly and the rooms were ok could of been cleaner.
