The air conditioner was loud so I had to turn it off to hear the television, when I went to showe there was hair on the wash clothes and the room had a weird smell even after I disinfected it

Bed was uncomfortable and furniture was old. Only one bedside table.

I’m liking it. So far so good! Check in was quick and easy. I checked in an hour early. That was great! I have a mini fridge and microwave. I’m going to look for a nice place for dinner and relax.

This was a last minute scramble after 65 canceled flights due to a storm. We needed two rooms, booked two rooms, but at check in the ckerk initially could only find one. That was stressful. It worked out in the end. The rooms were decent and Expedia saved the day when actually calling hotels did not result in any success.
Had issues be it was clean No big deal, it just shouldn’t have to take me trying 4 hotel keys to get in my room. After driving 12 hours nobody feel like going back and forth trying different key cards, I literally when up and down 3 times before I was given a different room. Also didn’t like a picture of my drivers license being captured in their system it may be normal but it was a first for me, made me feel like a criminal.
