The folks working the front desk were all great. The experience was fine and for $97 a night, I get what I pay for. That being said, the overall cleanliness of our room wasn't great. There were a lot of spots that did not seemed to be cleaned thoroughly. I also encountered a roach in the kitchen area, so that caused a bit of anxiety. Paid for one thing and got another. Check-in was quick and easy but what I paid for (one queen bed) is not what I received. Get to the room and there is 2 full size beds. When I asked about the size of the beds in that room I’m told all the beds are queen and king size. LIES!!! So next time if you all see what someone has paid for is different than what’s available upon arrival, let them know during check in.
