Horrible gas escaping through a open valve This was a horrible night stay I was locked out of our room by the safety latch and no one could answer how this happened and they don't seem to care

Nightmare Experience This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First off, when I reserved the room on Expedia, it stated there would be breakfast served, and when I went to check in, the clerk told me they never served breakfast. I abhor false advertisement. Secondly, I went into the hotel room only to find the electricity didn't work, there was thick grime on all the furniture, the bedding was dirty, there were bugs on the carpet (various types), and the bathroom was filthy. Unacceptable Seriously disappointed! We stay there a few times a month, but this time was awful! When the microwave didn't work in our room, I was told they had no one to fix it and no other rooms available. Suddenly when I stressed this was not acceptable, another room came available. When we went to the other room, the toilet was covered in urine, and the bathtub had a black ring around it. Staff member was high. The staff worker was high. Put us in the wrong room, we requested 2 Queen beds had to full. Told about the issue then giving another room then key wouldn’t work work. On top of that he said he couldn’t find our reservation of which I received confirmation when booked smh

No Apology Necessary - I Won't Return Room key didn't work on the first try. The room STANK of cigarette smoke. Bathroom had mold and bacteria in the tile. If it hadn't been so late and I hadn't been so exhausted, I'd have gone back down to the desk. I'm so glad I didn't pay full price for this.
