We had 2 cats. Supposed to be pet friendly. They put us on the 2nd floor as far away from the stairs as possible. It was difficult to get the cats and their gear to the room. There was an incident with what appeared to be long-term tenants with an ambulance and people yelling in the courtyard outside. The room was dirty. Supposed to be a grab and go breakfast with coffee. The choices for food were limited and there was no coffee and nobody to help get more because they were busy on the phone complaining about someone. The st... read more

First room we checked into had a strong cigarette (non smoking room) and weed smell. Was relocated to a new room where encountered similar smells but not as strong. Bathroom had signs of mold

Worse much worse… asked for non smoking but twice changed all smoking and staff said all non smoking but they smoke inside also mattress cover, blanket and floor worse….

Very disappointing When we arrived, we were charged an extra fee for our cat. The breakfast we thought we would get was a grab and go disappointment. The first room we went to smelled horribly of smoke. When I called the front desk, they said it was a non smoking hotel. There were people hanging around outside smoking all the time. We went to a new room. Terrible smell. Not extremely clean. Only on plug worked in the entire room. The air conditioning was so loud, it was hard to sleep. They need to clean this place it smelled horrible and the sheets are dirty

Hotels.com is a bad service I did not stay at the hotel. The place was a dump with drug addicts walking the property and staying in the hotel. Went into the room and was immediately smacked in the face with the smell of weed. I had my 1 year old with us and there was no way we were staying. Can’t get a hold of hotels.com to issue a refund. I won’t be using this service again if I’m not refunded my $150

The most misleading thing about the hotel is the outside of the property and the pictures online. The hotel lobby is dirty and nasty. And your speaking to someone behind bulletproof glass. The kitchen in the rooms has no utensils, pots, pans, plates, or cups. You have to call and asked for everything. And they may not have it. The pot I received had a broken handle. The carpeted floor in my room was dirty. There are no updated cellphone and device outlets or enough outlets near the bed. I would not recommend for a night let ... read more
