Hotel not so bad, guests to the hotel bad.... The staff was wonderful, however other guests in the hotel...not so wonderful. I was on the second floor, I was awaken by noise of stomping on the floor above me and from my neighbor to the left of me. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Not old smoke but someone was smoking and the fumes entered into my bathroom. Moreover they need to keep an eye out for "working girls" that come to the hotel. I saw one who could have been older than 19 years old.

Smoking Hotel When we made our reservation through hotels.com we put in for a first floor room,and a non smoking room.When we arrived there was no first floor rooms or non smoking rooms.The hotel made good the next day to get us out of the smoking room.That room was so bad with the smoking odor as you could still smell it on our clothes for days.They then assigned a 2nd floor room for us which still smelled like smoking odors, actually the whole hotel smelled like a smoking room because of the 3rd floor smoking.I have to say... read more
Business trip to Baltimore Hotel was nasty, stunk of smoke, and was dirty. Staff was nice but I had to sleep with the windows open and my pillow stunk like an ash try. Never going back
I take two room. we have 4kids. I requested for non smoking hotel provide me smoking room

Inexpensive but not worth the savings Compared to other reasonably priced hotel chains, this was way elbow par. Two thin pillows, one sheet, and one polyester decorative coverlet on the tiny "queen" bed -no blanket- no shampoo samples. Kitchenette was there but you had to ask for anything to go in it (we didn't use it or need it). Temperature in room hard to regulate. Lots of hotel noise with little insulation to block it out. We were there for one night, phew, cannot imagine "extended".
Extremely dissatisfied Horrible!!! Will never need a hotel room that bad again. Towels were like sandpaper. Bathroom light and fan are on same switch. Fan rattled so turning the light on was painful due to the continuous fan noise. Hotel occupants we encountered were loud and obnoxious. Probably due to having a sports bar right next door to the hotel. No first aide kit to be found. Hotel staff's response was, "we've never seen a first aide kit here." Two-Stars, Maybe Two-and-a-Half Room with limited "kitchen" complete with no dishes, truck-stop clientele, limited "breakfast," once-a-week room cleanings, and the room smelled of smoke. Any other questions?
room was not available my wife and 8 month old arrived and the room that was reserved was occupied and the staff tried giving them another room and that was filthy and also occupied. this was a 1am. they ended up going back to the airport and stayed in the lobby. do not use
