Not so good. Had to look for several minutes to find someone to check-in and to check-out. No plastic cups, soap, shampoo; as typical were in room. Thankfully, I travel frequently and had what I needed. Was able to get some sleep after asking the loud group next door to quiet down. Check-out person was very indifferent and having to print a receipt got me a stare. No "thank you" or "how was your stay". Have stayed in much better hotels for this chain for much better rates.

Spoiled food! The refrigerator was not cleaned out! We woke up the next morning with the room reeking of spoiled food. We opened the fridge and there was such a foul stench. There were red white and blue cupcakes which I'm hoping haven't been sitting there for two months but it sure smelled like it. Will not be returning or recommending. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Never again.. When I first checked in I was greeted by an excellent staff member. When I opened the door to my room, it looked like either it hadnt been cleaned yet, or someone hadnt checked out because the bed was unmade and room was a mess. So I called front desk. She told me to come down and get another room. When I get back to the front desk, the customer in front of me must have had the same problem because he was also getting another room. Not Returning The area seemed safe until I went out the following morning & seen my car had been broken into but what can you expect it's Maryland . Main reason I checked out early. Staff could be more attentive to guess. Room had a funny smell and walls are thin I could hear everything from the room next door.

Not what I booked My friend and I recently stayed here while running the Across the Bay 10k. I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the other options and still relatively close to the race in Annapolis. I booked a non smoking room online and were given a smoking room upon check in. When I asked for a non smoking room, like I booked, we were told that there were no more available and were handed a spray to make the room more tolerable. Smelly and Loud The whole hotel smelled of smoke and there was noise all night long until 6am from people 2 rooms down. They spoke loudly all night and morning long and they slammed their doors closed constantly.
