Would not recommend The front desk staff was nice and accommodating...housekeeping staff nonexistent (never cleaned our room)...overall feel of the hotel was sketchy. We moved to a different hotel after day 2 of a 4 night stay.

Hotel Review I had issues reaching the front desk. I called three separate times and no one answered. The room itself was decent but it smelled. The hotel itself also smelled. Also did not enjoy the fact that I and my boyfriend got abruptly woken up by the fire alarms going off at 730 in the morning, which somewhat appeared to be a regular occurrence. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. It was fine for a quick one night stay but nothing more than that.

Do NOT stay here! This hotel was horrible! Not enough staff, no coffee in common areas as stated in the ad, dishes left on the floor outside rooms for too long a period which would attract mice and roaches. Our sheets had the appearance of being slept in, there was no shampoo or coffee maker in the room and piles of dirt on the floors of common areas where it had been swept but picked up. Will never stay again. One of the dirties hotels Will never stay again. One of the dirties hotels I've ever been in. It wasn't blood stains on the carpet bad...but it wasn't far off. I was honestly uncomfortable staying here and considered just getting another hotel.

Terrible hotel. Prepaid for a non smoking room upon check in were told non were available. Entire hotel smelled like smoke including elevator and hallways. Dishes and appliances in the hallways. Reservation included breakfast but we're never told but based on the lack of cleanliness would not have eaten there. We checked in late so we excepted, if it was earlier would have walked out. Worst hotel I've ever been Noise, weird smells, people screaming at each other at night and angry customers at the reception.

Dissappointed in the room AND hotels.com A room wasn't available for me when I got there. One had to be cleaned. I needed to cancel a night due to Hurricane Irma and the person from Hotels.com that returned my phone call couldn't hear me and didn't call me back

Not Recomended The hotel is extremely old, the AC did not work properly, the refrigerator and carpet was very dirty. No hangers, coffee pot. Not even any plastic cups. Staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be - given what they were working with.

After arrival we checked the beds for bed bugs. We found a bed bug in one bed. There were hair on the bed sheets. We were not sure if the bed sheet were changed. Kitchen floor was dirty. A stuff gave us another room. In this room, again, there were some hair on the bed sheets. Across the street from the hotel there is a bar (restaurant?) which was quite noisy late at night with people partying outside and running their vehicles loud.
