A stranger walked into my room at 11PM The staff was very slow for check-in and there was some language barrier. When I got to my room, I saw there were cigarette burns in the blanket. There were also ants in the bathroom. Around 11:30 PM, a stranger unlocked my door and walked in. Turns out the hotel had double booked my room and gave us both an active keycard for the same room. Never again. The room is beyond outdated. There were ants on the stove. The bedding was old and one of the bed spreads had old cigarette holes in it. The bathroom ...the toilet was not cleaned....had to clean it myself. The sink faucet was leaking. In order for you to cook...have coffee you had to call downstairs to have the bought up to your room. Then at 12 am one of the other guests decides to knock on my door wanting to talk....had no idea who this person was. Will never stay there again and would not recommend it.

I am disgusted I rented this hotel looking for a play for my boyfriend, 9 month old baby, and myself to stay for just one night. I was absolutely disgusted and am highly disappointed. When we first arrived and went to check in, no one was there. I stood at the desk for a good while before being acknowledged. When I was checking in, I was told I was in a smoking room. I was disappointed with the facility. The refrigerator didn't keep cold enough (bottles of milk only kept few days) even though it was set on the coldest setting. It took 2 try's before the front desk could give me a kitchen sink stopper that fit. The kitchen and bathroom faucets dripped. I put a wash cloth in the kitchen sick to deaden the noise. House keeping only came in my room once during my month long stay instead of weekly and that was only after I asked.

Wish I had other options Find another hotel. ANY other hotel. Dirty. Run down. Hard to find. Poor security. Run. Run away.
