Bed was clean,but floors were dirty. The property had poorly monitored property. There was violence,a woman was dragged out by her boyfriend. There was a old gray haired flasher, and no creamer because it was smashed by customer. The bed have me back pains, and I'm handy cap. The location was great! I would has ask for another room but they were sold out.

Never again! Rooms smelled musty and families were virtually living there. Wouldn't advise it for the overnight or weekend traveler.

this was the worst extended stay america i have ever stayed in . i have pictures that i will send to the manager and corporation . . This place is absolutely nasty and dirty along with the bugs . I ended up checking out after the first night and went to pay for someplace else .

Booked a non smoking room, got put in a smoking room and told nothing else was available. The smell was horrible. All of my clothes were permeated with the smell of cigarettes. Smelled like this for work and when I got home everything got put in the washer immediately. I could barely stand to be in the room. When I checked in the lady told me she was only one of two people working the whole place and she complained of being there 2 hours past her shift.

Dissatisfied Overall my experience at this extended stay America in glen burnie was disastrous first they gave my room away that I made a reservation for and paid for without any notification I was on the third floor soon as you step of off the elevator it reeks of cigarette smell in the hall way, the room also smelled of cigarettes they do not offer complimentary breakfast they will supply you with coffee and muffins I believe people also reside at the extended stay there were a couple of shades looking people who I definit... read more

A stranger walked into my room at 11PM The staff was very slow for check-in and there was some language barrier. When I got to my room, I saw there were cigarette burns in the blanket. There were also ants in the bathroom. Around 11:30 PM, a stranger unlocked my door and walked in. Turns out the hotel had double booked my room and gave us both an active keycard for the same room. We had to walk down to get it sorted out. The night staff had more of a language barrier than the check-in staff. They offered no real condolences ... read more

Never again. The room is beyond outdated. There were ants on the stove. The bedding was old and one of the bed spreads had old cigarette holes in it. The bathroom ...the toilet was not cleaned....had to clean it myself. The sink faucet was leaking. In order for you to cook...have coffee you had to call downstairs to have the bought up to your room. Then at 12 am one of the other guests decides to knock on my door wanting to talk....had no idea who this person was. Will never stay there again and would not recommend it.

I am disgusted I rented this hotel looking for a play for my boyfriend, 9 month old baby, and myself to stay for just one night. I was absolutely disgusted and am highly disappointed. When we first arrived and went to check in, no one was there. I stood at the desk for a good while before being acknowledged. When I was checking in, I was told I was in a smoking room.
