Room we stayed in had a noisy heater when it was operating; the refrigerator was noisy when cycling. Both were annoying, especially at night. The floor was not carpeted and rough and uneven, with a very noticeable sloping floor adjacent to the kitchen, bathroom and bed. There were several broken hinges on the kitchen cabinet doors.

Lisa ruined my stay I’ve been here a few nights and it’s been great but tonight was a disaster because LISA did not properly check me out so when I came back in for late check in how I’ve been doing all week , there was a picture of my ID with a note on there saying not to let me stay because there was a balance despite the fact that I am on camera showing giving her my keys to the room and telling her that I was checking out ! This property manager had the nerve to try to charge me of damages and then when I asked them about the charges it was for things wrong with the room before I checked in! Once they figured out I wasn’t the cause of the room damage they offered me a refund and another night but the night was suppose to come out of my refund so that’s not even a compensation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and if you do go take pictures of the room upon check in

Roach infestation This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I woke up to a Kitchen full of roaches. I will NEVER stay here again.

Did not have utensils or cooking pans available. Did not tell us this at check in. Went to the store to get food to cook and had to clean filthy dishes first. Room was not very clean. Staff seemed nice enough, but overall what I paid for wasn’t available or what was I had to clean myself. Very disappointed as other extended stays have been excellent.

The first room we checked into had dead roach-like bugs all by the door. Can’t believe housekeeping left the room like that. When we went to front desk to change room, they were accommodating but didn’t offer any kind of credit.
