I checked in st 730pm and checked out 12am. The bed linen was itchy and not soft at all. There were no cups in the room. The bed was not comfortable at all. I paid $149 for 5 hrs...which was not worth it. There were at least 2 other guest complaining about no cups and ice machine to the receptionist. I will not be returning to this location. A waste of money...

Expedia was awful, as the hotel could not find my reservation, name or itinerary number. When I called Expedia, I could not get through to anyone as the recording stated that my intineray number was "invalid" even when I continuously showed my emails from Expedia to the hotel staff. It was an horrendous experience and I'll bet I'll never hear from Expedia regarding this note!

The Property needs to be Updated & remodeled, The Fire-alarm went off at 2:00am in the morning and when we went outside talking to some of the Other Residence they informed us that this happens often

Horrible Roaches and Ants. Didnt even want to use the shower. My son broke out after sleepling on the aheets

No one was at the front desk on multiple occasions to assist customers. The room was not clean nor completely safe. There was a jagged 18 inch rip on the shower floor where you would stand. I had to buy a shower mat and put towels down to protect my feet. The fridge door was jagged/broken. I had to tape it so I wouldn't get cut. The kitchen kit was missing items. There was hair around the room. Ants crawled on the beds.

To begin with when we first arrived I was dismayed to see that it was behind a storage facility with nothing around it except a gas station. There were no restaurants or stores to buy food. When we went to check in there was an odor about the place and no one at the front desk and no bell or way to call someone, so I waited.
