Skip this place Never was cleaned or offer clean towels. No necessities for the three nights I stayed.

Unfortunately the room I was given was not cleaned or in good repair. The safety latch was broken, a kitchen drawer was broken and just laying on cabinet, the trash can was filthy, the carpet stained.

I didn't like anything since they had no room for me. I got to drive 50 miles and lost 2 hours at midnight because Orbitz screwed up.

No ice. Key card did not open outer door as advertised. Had to walk dog all the way around to the front to renter. Stayed only one day but was charged for two. Prepaid with Expedia but the crooks at hotel charged stay to AMEX card I.e. paid twice. Hopefully will get refund but not confident about that. ESA should remove this franchise from thier chain. They would not let me stay due to they would not acept my brothers ID that the prison had given him when he was released.

I'm sorry but the hotel policy is that all guests must have a valid government ID and a prison one doesn't qualify.
There was a roach in the bed!!! The manager said “you’re gonna find that at many hotels, so you should stay here”
