Very disappointed, dirty dishes left, no towels, the recliner should have been thrown away years go because there was no fake leather left on it. I had to put a sheet over it just to not look at it. Dogs barked through the night. Carpet was so dirty I won’t take my shoes off. Very disappointed with this Candlewood Suites and will not stay here again. I never even got a receipt for the room and our room keys had to be replaced 2x.

At least the staff was friendly.. My mom and I were in the area for a weekend trip and we booked a stay here. When we checked in, the front desk person said we were down for a handicap room (which I knew I didn’t book) then said that it was all she had so we’d have to take it. Then, she couldn’t make us a key to our room as her key machine was down and she didn’t know when it would be back up. Not too good Dirty dishes in dishwasher, tv didn’t work, COVID enforcement very lax. Flatware pieces missing, lack of good response from staff

I had 3 paper towels and no bodywash when I arrived. There was no sponge or dish soap. Day 2 I awoke to a barking dog. Barked for over an hour. Tried to call the front desk. However, there was no phone chord. I had to ask for coffee for day 2.

Our experience was HORRIBLE. Coffee was left over from the pervious guest, there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom and the service was terrible. They were short staffed and when we asked to have our room cleaned it was not done. We had to asked several times for towels and the staff was rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a king suite for 3 adults but when we arrived only a single king was available. We needed the sofa bed for the third person. I had to call Expedia to get help canceling the room and finding another.
