Not clean!! Avoid!!! Well, I should’ve listened to my gut and asked to move rooms when my daughter found a foreign woman’s underwear in the night stand, but we were so tired and had already settled in that we simply asked Frenchie the front desk lady to just come get it, which she did. The suite kitchen sink was still dirty from the previous occupants and in the middle of the night we found a Roman cockroach which made me feel more uneasy. Bed bugs and $300 deposit We were on a family outing. We had three rooms. They charge us $300 deposit on the rooms. We found early in the morning that one of the rooms had bed bugs. We took a picture and show it to the desk clerk. No refund on that room. Just a sorry

We were asked for 3 days to contact ISP to get internet on instead of THEM contacting the company. Stinkiest hotel I’ve stayed in - ever. No breakfast, no creamer for coffee, totally yucky, sticky, stinky place to stay.
