Roaches and dog hair. We stayed only one night and checked in late and left early the next morning. Check in and check out was easy and quick. However when we got to our room was when it got bad. We found roaches in our room and there was dog hair on our pillowcases. I’m all for being pet friendly but you need to make sure that all bedding including pillowcases are changed after each stay.
Booked for a 2 queen suite, one arrival they only had 1 beds available even tho we paid ahead of time for the stay. Staff was unwilling to accommodate and left 4 people with 1 bed while traveling through the state.
Clogged shower room The room had cumps of hair on the walls in two different spots ,and tub was so clogged that i had to get wet trun off the water, saop my body , then trun the water back on and raise off , and when i got out shower i had to raise my feet off cause the water from the drain was disgusting and was on my feet
When I showed up to check in, I was asked if any other adults were staying in the room and my mom was staying with me. Well they asked for her ID too in to which she had just misplaced it before us driving 5 hours out the OK, but they wanted to take a pic of her ID because of tornado season. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily. Can’t get fresh towels . Breakfast was muffins and coffee

The bedcovers were too thin and the pillows had no support. We were told there was no extra pillows even though there were several empty rooms. The check-in clerk was very rude and refused to cancel our room and refund money even though we had only been there for 30 minutes.

Not a restful experience. I was put in a room rice across from the back room behind the office. The night person kept slamming the big heavy door. I ended up not being able to sleep and left around 1AM to drive all the way back home. I literally was in the room for less than 8 hours.

Besides the key not working several times. After I got my room, unpacked and laid down to sleep. I pulled back the blanket to find blood stains on my sheets. FREAKING BLOOD STAINS!!!!!!!!!! I called the front desk to only get a guy who could care less. No apology no OMG that’s not right….. nothing!!!!!! Just would you like a mother room? I paid for 2 nights but I only stayed for one. It was so late and I was so tired . Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
