waited 30 minutes before I could check in. this caused us to miss our anniversay reservations.no one at counter. would not trade out dirty towels when asked. Asked for first floor ended up on 4th floor. Refrigerator was loud and could not sleep.

It was infested with bed bugs, no wayer pressure and the blow dryer almost caught on fire

The staff was very courteous, but the hotel itself was not clean. Our room had a bad smell.
