Was charged 272 dollars for the staff overlooking the fact that the smoke detector was covered up with a trash bag. The manager thought I did it which in fact I didn’t do! I’m out 272.50 dollars, this is not acceptable. The staff didn’t do their job properly and now I’m accountable for it.

My 3 yr old granddaughter found a pack of cigarettes under the bed. Toothpaste was still dripped all down the fronts of the bathroom cabinets ftom previous customers. When mentioned to front desk the response was "oh...." That was it....

I stayed here 3 days with some family members and a 4th day on my own. Our room smelled terribly of curry, garlic and BO. We had to buy Febreeze to try to cover the horrible odor. I had to check out after 3rd night and re-check in for the 4th which I knew about. I had accidentally left 2 small make-up type bags in my room that I didn't discover until I was getting ready for bed the 4th night in my new room. There were cockroaches in the room, the bedding was dirty, breakfast was supposed to be included, there was only oatmeal, coffee and some bread, other guests were also disconcerted because, like us, they were expecting breakfast (included)
