When we arrived we were advised they did not have a reservation for us. We even showed our confirmation number but hotel couldn't find it. We had to wait while both the hotel and myself called Travelocity to see what the problem was. After about a 45 minute delay, the hotel did offer another room but said we didn't have a reservation.

Our room smelled like fish and i hate fish and our room had fleas i killed 10 of them in 2 days

Disappointed Will not recommend nor stay again. Although the room may have been clean. There was no water pressure or hot water in the sink. No where to put luggage except the floor. We tried the ironing board but it was not stable enough. There was no public ice machine and the ice machine in our room put out about 20 cubes in 24 hours. No coffee pot in room and breakfast room coffee pot was broke and they couldn't fix. They did offer a coffee pot but had no filters or coffee.

After booking on Orbtiz, I tried to check in only to find out from the hotel that they didn't have anymore rooms! I had to book a room somewhere else.
