Warning! Go Next Door Instead. Not an enjoyable stay. Leaking roof in lobby. No elevator which was not disclosed on the website. Uncomfortable mattresses. Rooms are not stocked with plates, silverware, coffee machines, etc. that you would expect in an extended stay hotel. Rooms are insanely noisy. You can hear every car going up and down the interstate and I have stayed at the Hampton next door which was quiet. I will spend the extra $20 and go back to the Hampton next door.

I went to check in and they did not have a reservations. They sent me to another extended Stay and they also did not have a reservation for me and they checked the other extended America properties and I was not listed anywhere. So I said thank you and left without staying anywhere

Decent furniture and kitchen appliances. Everything worked, but there were no numbers on the dials on the stove or oven. The kitchen had a few small messes (dry so easy to pick up, but if I did it that quickly, the cleaning staff could have). We stayed 2 nights, the 2nd night, we found a baby bedbug and I discovered he had bites on him. Would not recommend Barely any parking. Hallway had a bad odor. Stairs were very dirty. Room was not very clean. The chair in the room was broken.

The front desk girls were the best good attitude and customer service !!! didnt like anything eles about the property!! Dont clean daily ,let out bed got stuck and my kids couldnt sleep on it room wasnt clean from the last person who was their! Just so dissatisfied and will never return!!!
