My 2 windows were permanently locked open. I could not close or open them. Major safety issue. What if there’s a fire & I needed to climb out the window? Another guest told me several windows are like this. Employee told them it’s done this way to keep the street noise out. I think they just need to install new sound proof windows. Each time I entered/exited the hotel (about 4 times), no one was at the front desk. After staying at hotels for the last 35yrs as a flight attendant, I would never stay at this hotel again.

Didn't care for cigarette smoke smell since our room was right off smoking area. Was concerned we would be charged for "smoking in our room" due to smell. We dont smoke

Easy check in. Very clean
Great place All front desk staff went above and beyond to help with questions or requests. Super nice and friendly. It’s an extended stay with kitchenette so they only serve muffins, granolas, oatmeal and coffee. Don’t be afraid to stay here based on past reviews some people you would never please.

Strong odor as I walked into the room. Woke up to the smell of a skunk the first morning. Staff very helpful. Air was not regulated by the hotel. I could set where I was comfortable and it stayed that way all night
