Not For The Family. Overall, it was bearable and more for long term business travelers looking for budget, no frills accommodations. They were re-tarring the roof and there was tar everywhere. No extra pillows or blankets since they were close to capacity. Being next to the train didn't help either. And finally, they tried to downgrade our room and said that there was some kind of discrepancy between what Expedia shows as a one bedroom suite and a regular room. bait ans switch A train goes through your room every hour on the hour at night the property is the most run down in the chain I have ever seen. It seems every time I book with Hotels.com I get the worst room in the hotel or handicap room, its always something.
What an experience! One we don't want again! Our room was booked as 'deluxe' It was dirty, unattractive,univiting & ill equipped. We were outraged at the standard of accommodation we were offered at this price!
Extended Stay America Boca Raton We were doing a college visit. It was obvious the hotel had recently undergone a facelift but not enough of one. It had a very prominent moldy and smoky smell to it.
Bed was hard and train was right outside the room Not a good experience. Not worth the money. Heard the train all night
Not recommended - foul smell, bad service Cleanliness of room/hotel and Quality of service: Booked the hotel for a visiting business guest for a week. The room was filthy with a very foul smell. When checked with the front-desk they simply refused to transfer to another room or allow refund on early checkout. Hotels.com sales rep and manager also did not work towards an early checkout refund pinning the blame on the hotel. Highly disappointed with the hotel, and hotels.com. Not recommended!!
Highly disappointing, very bad service Booked from hotels.com. Ever since check-in, there was a very foul smell in the room. Checked with the front-desk and they simply said "we cannot do anything". Asked for early checkout but they said refund would have to checked with hotels.com. On calling hotels.com, they passed the task to the hotel and said we cannot help. Very bad service and customer support by both hotels.com and Extended stay. I won't recommend the hotel to anybody.
VERY POOR THE HOTEL STUCK ME IN A ROOM OM THE 2ND FLOOR WITH A BUNCH OF CONTRACTORS STAYING SITTING IN FRONT THE HOTEL ROOM LOOKING LIKE A BUNCH OF HOMELESS PEOPLE DRINKING AND SMOKING AND SMOKE WAS SO BAD YOU COULD SMELL IT IN MY ROOM. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A EXTENDED STAY AGAIN!
