Hotel Lacking Hotel had run out of towels, wash cloths and bedding. I had to purchase some from Walmart. Rooms in need of repairs and pest control. Kitchen only two burners, no oven. Hotel has no pool….

NASTY HOTEL AND IN BOCA RATON WHICH IS HARD TO BEL Bug were everywhyere, we checked in at 6pm, then left to go eat, came back and there were spiders every where, so all in all we stayed 3 hours, clerk says sorry nothing I can do it is through Expedia.com, I will never use them again, that and we also got charged for another hotel that told me no rooms were left and they refuse to give me a refund.

A well needed update, Some of the staff was very pleasant, others not so much. We were there for 4 nights and 5 days and a cleaning person never entered our room. If they did there was nothing done to the room. We finally had to go to the office and get clean towels. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor and our food. The bed was awful. It would have been alot better if we had cleaning service, a newer mattress and a frig that worked.
