Reserved the room for my friend. He was up most of the night with noise and partying each night.
If you want to stay for just one night is ok The room had a smell.... Everything was clean but the smell came from the carpet. Needs update.

Wow can't believe hospitality specialists let this Roaches in Kitchenette, Garbage Pail outside my room over 24 hours before emptied (odor hit me in face everytime I opened the door) grounds littered with beer cans, ZERO utensils, pots pans, plates etc etc in room. Asked for them several hours after checkin never received them. No ice machine, no business center and animal feces in various spots outside of doors from pets staying in different rooms

I was overcharged I had a room guarantee at 69.99 per night but was charge 79.99.

A really bad hotel Please don't stay at this hotel! it's a very bad hotel : costumer service is 0/10 comfort : 000/10 the train is right in front and it is loud and even shook the ground. the lady for the housekeeping did not clean our room and when we asked to do it so we are told she is too busy checking out. this hotel is made for the people who want to stay there for a long terme for working. don't go there.

Poor nights sleep When we arrived the clerk was very accommodating. We went to our room to find food left in the refrigerator and a wet dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain. There were also no clean wash clothes. The toilet seemed to run every 8-10 refilling it self through out the night. The air conditioner was loud. The website said continental breakfast, when we arrived at the very small check in room and asked the clerk about the breakfast, he stated it would be on credenza and was grab and go.

Worst hotel stay I've ever had I made the mistake of selecting the extended stay hotel for the night before and the night of my wedding. I booked four rooms and two of them did not have a working A/C. I contacted the front desk who told me that I should wait 30 minutes for the air to kick in which it did not. When the front desk manager finally came by the two rooms to try to fix it he told me that the compressor was working and told me to let him know if it didn't work.
