Terrible staff and sub-par extended stay Compared with other Extended Stay America hotels, this one is sub-standard. There is no elevator, so it is implied that I have to carry my suitcase to my room on the second floor using the stairs. One of the front desk staff, Joseph, made a mistake in my reservation, and tried to kick me out of my room the second night. Personal family visit to elder Floor was dirty, no flatwear or dishes available, breakfast was waste of time. Might as well been eliminated

Low class a stripped down room with NO amenities.

Bad experience I had to sit and wait outside for over 30 minutes someone called the police on me for being outside cuz no one came down to check me in I had the extended checkout but someone walked in on me and my lady at 11:15 in the morning getting to my room I got wet by the sprinklers when it was time to check out that was also a hassle so I did not enjoy my stay at that hotel and on top of that there was no ice thank you

Not the best stay The bathroom tub wasn't clean had hair in it.. And the people next door at 7am was making way too much noise very inconsiderate.

Not a good location. By the trirail. The whole building shook when a train went by. 3:00 check in was terrible.

Unhappy nighter Towels were dirty, bed squeaked, sheets were not ironed, smell of smoke in the room, breakfast was just coffee and danish.

Boca Trip I was told they don't clean rooms, I needed to come to the front desk to get clean towels. Had to take out my own garbage, had to change my own bedsheets and pillow cases. For the price paid, it wasn't worth it.
