I found the room to be tired, in need of a face lift. There was rust on microwave and cooktop. Curtain in shower was moldy and the room had a bit of a moldy smell to it. To go breakfast was two types of bagged muffins or a granola bar, coffee and no juice.
Antiquated and worn down property.
🙃 Staff was very unwelcoming when checking in. When we got to the room after using the bathroom (just pee) the toilet was clogged and when asked for assistance attitude was given and our door was slammed in our face. When asked for bathroom needs an attitude was received once again.
Online description incorrect Room did not have beds we reserved Dirty mattress No breakfast (nature valley bar on the go is what they consider breakfast included) No linens Room phone doesn’t work
the kitchen was not fully equipped what so ever, i went to the front desk and they couldn’t even provide me with a plastic fork. hotel room was dirty, got sick. won’t be returning.
