Good location, not clean and very bad smell The positive point is the location of the hotel. Apart from the location the hotel is not clean, there is a very bad smell in the corridors and at the reception, the staff is not well trained (lack of know-how), the breakfast is served in a not very clean space

Management was horrible Our door lock was broken and management refused to help or even talk to us. We had to leave and go to another hotel in the middle of the night. Went back the next day to get our money back and the manager wouldn’t even come out of his office. We called corporate office and are waiting for a refund.

It is in a great location and walkable to many areas but the property is disgusting. My “smoke free” room smelled like someone had smoked in there every day for a decade. All my clothes ended up smelling like cigarette smoke, I took a shower every time before I left so I didn’t smell like smoke, I only went in the room to sleep because it gave me a headache from the smell. We booked and had confirmed reservations. When I came to check-in around midnight, the VERY RUDE front desk man told me that NO rooms were available. I told him that we have confirmed reservations. He did not care to cancel our reservations due to them over booking and YELLED at me like I was stupid or something else. I then had to find accommodations elsewhere. Dirty and gross Not sure how they justify charging over 20 bucks for a stay here. My friend ended up leaving- didn't feel at all comfortable.

Dismal property, dirty, dingy, old, unfriendly, no supplies in the kitchenette in the room. No free breakfast as advertised, but at least they had coffee in the lobby area in the morning.
