Very upset with how we were treated here. We had just checked in a half hour before and I Had my curling iron on for all of 5 minutes before they barged into my hotel room without notice. I was getting dressed and thankfully I had the top latch on or else they would have fully walked in on me. Manager claims he knocked but I was right next to the door and there was no knock or wait before he used his key to barge into my room. We had an Orbitz reservation in this property for Oct 16/17. Upon arrival at 8pm on Saturday, there were a couple of people ahead of us. The front desk receptionist (Rashil?) told the first guest that the hotel was overbooked. He called the owner and was told to assign rooms that were under construction. Rashil then would run up to check which rooms were usable, there was no one there to help! He repeated this with the 2nd guest. We paid nearly $400 for a dirty room that smelled of cigarettes. There was no bedtable on one side. The bathroom fixtures were calcified. The rug was stained.

ehh, probably want to look elsewhere. We booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch. When we checked in we were given a room that was under construction, we opened the door and the room was full of construction supplies. We were moved to a new room which did not have the pull out couch that we needed, we were finally moved to a room with two beds. The man at the front desk was friendly and apologetic.
