The room did not look or smell clean. There was food particles on the bed. It was WAY overpriced. Couldn’t even find the grab and go breakfast - VERYA UNDERWHELMING

This place had bed bugs! It was so noisy, we could barely sleep. horrible experience.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Salem and Boston. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of food and shopping options close by. About a 25min drive to both Salem and Boston. The staff was friendly. Now the bad.. the hotel looks nice and clean outside, however on entry into the room we got quite the opposite. The room looked like the bare minimum was done to clean. Over priced and poor condition. Hotel overall was not in good condition. One of the two elevators were out of order. Terrible smell down the halls. Our room was ok, very basic. No real blanket on the bed, just very light duvet cover with out the filling. Shower was gross. Something brown all over the bottom of the tub. Not a preferred location if there to visit Salem as we spent most of our money on transportation. On a better note, the front office staff were always welcoming. Very bad experience, not valuable for money, we'll never come back to that one. Mantenience bad, no breakfast only coffee and energy bar....
