Rooms was dirty and 2nd room was also dirty. Will never stay there again.

It was available during the Boston Marathon weekend, which is a busy time. However, there was hair in the bathtub, and I couldn't fully close the black-out curtains to cut off the glaring light from a street lamp that was very bright. The TV had no guide to what was showing. The room was tired looking. The check-in involved a tv screen showing that I was being recorded, I guess in case I wanted to rob the property. DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm waiting to hear from corporate for the last two days. This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel in the United States in my life. I waited 15 minutes for someone, anyone to show up at the front desk to check in. Someone was waiting before me and he waited 40 minutes. Worse Hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, literally garbage was under the bed and stains on the sheets and walls. Very outdated decor. The entire building has a gross smell.

This is ok, some of the employees are very kind, others are not helpful at all. Attitude and responses make it everything for me.... yes I can go to other options and so far I have unfortunately.
