DUMP - DATED and Management is a JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME -- SHADY CHARACTERS LINGERING- GUEST ARE NOISY AND RUDE ALONG WITH STAFF OLD AND DATED DIRTY ROOMS OVERPRICED DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOCATION ITS A COMPLETELY HORRIBLE PLACE MANAGEMENT DOESNT LIKE TO BE TOLD THE CONDITIONS ARE DEPLORABLE AND NOT WILLING TO WORK OUT ISSUES.

A bit rundown When my daughter and I walked in it didn’t seem very welcoming. It was a tiny entrance with no where to even sit. When we got to the room it smelled like cologne. The room seemed clean but the blanket appeared old and pilly, while the comforter was old and thin. When flushing the toilet it took 2 flushes for the toilet paper to even go down, not to mention the toilet seat itself was yellowed (no longer white.). If we were staying more than a day we would’ve moved to a different hotel.

Disgusting hotel by the mall I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the mall, boy was that a big mistake. Supposedly it was a non smoking hotel but it reeked of smoke. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in the drain. The shower curtain was dirty and the walls had dirt streaks on them. Absolutely the worst!!!

Horrible Front Desk When I arrived the person of the front desk, Kim, looked up and asked "checking in?". I said yes but she continued to do what she was doing, writing some notes on a piece of paper. I waited for a few minute. The phone rang. She picked the phone and talked for a while then went back to writing her notes as if no one was there. After a few more minutes she finished writing then started my check in process. In ther morning start 4am the staff talk louder. The breakfast is only coffe and cake.

Dirty and noisy Room is old and every surface was dirty. Fridge was so loud that had to turn it off. Toilet bowl had a crack running through it. Hairs on the counters. I get the place is not supposed to be the Ritz, but if I were running the place, it would be clean.

YUCK This hotel was disgusting and smelled really bad. The blanket was ripped, the sheets did not feel clean and crisp. The staff was not friendly at all. When I asked for napkins at the breakfast table, I got an attitude. The WORST place I ever stayed
