It is quite warm out hotel and needs a serious bit of money putting into updating it. The floors were really dirty when we first arrived and initial they would not confirm they would clean them until I showed my daughters feet and knees from the floor and a white towel I used to soak up a little water on the floor and it was black. I showed this to the front desk and they semi cleaned it up to a more suitable state.

The hotel staff was very accommodating with our request for late check-out because we were in town for the B.A.A. Half Marathon. The location was conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, and Wegmans Supermarket. The condition of the room is OK. Overall, it is fair for the price.

We asked for plates and they were dirty... That was gross. Otherwise we were happy. Maybe offer a shuttle to the city.
