good location. very closed to Wegmans, restaurants, and nearby Burlington Mall. quiet community. Far from the main road.

friendly front desk staff, but the rugs in the room and hall smelled musty. Floors in room not very clean.

I had to switch rooms because the 1st one had an odor. The second didn't but the temperature was uncomfortable; either too hot or too cold.

What I didn't like: finding the hotel. It's located in an out-of-the-way location. I drove by it twice and finally settled into a parking lot to phone them. I was told I was near by. The front desk gave me directions and I got to the hotel easily. Suggest a close-in map if new to the area. Once there, I found the staff to be friendly, outgoing and ready to assist.
