Room was OK for a one night stay in Boston . Location is good near a shopping center and mall . Plenty of free parking . Property would look more attractive with some fresh paint .

It is quite warm out hotel and needs a serious bit of money putting into updating it. The floors were really dirty when we first arrived and initial they would not confirm they would clean them until I showed my daughters feet and knees from the floor and a white towel I used to soak up a little water on the floor and it was black. I showed this to the front desk and they semi cleaned it up to a more suitable state.
