Nice bathroom, but the ugliest furniture I've ever seen in the bedroom. Their procedure of having to request specific kitchenware items and have them delivered to the room is cumbersome.

Most wonderful people ever!!!! One of the best experiences at a Hilton I have had. Everyone working at this hotel is absolutely top notch! Reception folks were so welcoming, cleaning staff was always there so friendly, and the restaurant staff was efficient and the food was good! This will be my hotel everytime we visit NC!!!! 5 stars

The room was comfortable. Unfortunately there was an a smoke incident we were evacuated

Overall I feel this property is just 'ok'. I stayed in a pet friendly room that had a strong 'doggy' smell the moment I walked in. I appreciate the opportunity to bring my dog, but rarely have I experienced such a strong smell in a pet friendly room. I also felt the breakfast was a complete and utter disappointment. Everything was packed and full of preservatives. There wasn't even real milk/creamer for coffee, only flavored or sugared Coffeemate. Really awful.

So so Cranky desk person. Window wouldn’t close. Room was clean. Location is good. Breakfast is a bust, although coffee was good.
