First they give me a key to a room that was filthy . At 10 pm I’m called to the front desk where they try to double charge me for a room I had already paid for on Expedia after refusing to let them charge my card I go back to my room at 12 midnight I have police banging on the door requesting to search for a stolen laptop mind you I checked in at 7pm I do not understand why the police were called at midnight trying search my room after and only after I refuse to be double charged for a room it’s ridiculous how this place is ... read more

Terrible attendant. Very rude and unprofessional and unpleasant

No hot water. The smell was awfull, the humidity in our room was terrible too and the airblower didnt work

The property smelled awful in the hallways and in the rooms. Pull out mattress was nothing but springs and was unusable. Property was just over all in poor condition. Front desk agent Moses was pleasant.
