Its all about details. Fix upnthe small damages in the elevator. Clean mattress for sofa couch bed. USB stations would be a simple upgrade.
On nous a donné une chambre où le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Après l’avoir mentionné à la réception, Brice nous a assigné une autre chambre .

Brice was not very helpful. He made me wait 30 minutes before I got to my room. Then the key cards didn't work. He didn't folliw me to my room to see if I had trouble with the key cards. So to the front desk to go get him. Then I didn't have TV remote control. I couldn't get a coffee maker. All thistimw I hadto use the restroom VERY badly. No public restrooms?! I'm a guest notthe public!!
