Its all about details. Fix upnthe small damages in the elevator. Clean mattress for sofa couch bed. USB stations would be a simple upgrade.

Brice was not very helpful. He made me wait 30 minutes before I got to my room. Then the key cards didn't work. He didn't folliw me to my room to see if I had trouble with the key cards. So to the front desk to go get him. Then I didn't have TV remote control. I couldn't get a coffee maker. All thistimw I hadto use the restroom VERY badly. No public restrooms?! I'm a guest notthe public!!

Weekend from hell. The room was in good condition. I had no problems. The bathroom didn't have a hair dryer. The front desk were very polite and helpful. Due to the circumstance, I had to stay additional night. So I had to make another reservation.that room was even better than the first room. This one had an hair dryer in the bathroom.
