Fine room, not so fine customer service I was not impressed with the customer serivice of this trip. I arrived at 3:10 with a checkin time at 3, and found out at 3:30 after waiting in line for 20 minutes (and the front desk answering every call that came in immediately without putting them on hold) that my room wouldn't be ready for another hour. The woman at the desk answered two calls that came into the hotel, one business and one personal. I am usually understanding but put them on hold or have one of the other 3 staff me... read more

Looks clean but i found dutch at the bed covee

Unsatisfied The hotel room was really dirty in the corners in the bathroom were wads of hair and dirt. The toilet had not been cleaned. There were no blow dryers available. Check in process is the worst ive ever experianced

Check in took about 30 minutes not counting the person in front of me. The gentleman was nice but didn’t seem to know what to do. Breakfast was a few granola bars and some oatmeal selections along with not so great coffee. There was also a very weird smell on the third floor in the hall.

The rooms are roomy. What I didn't like was that my room was by the trash room. My room smelled like trash called down to the lobby three times to complain to remove the trash and spray had to keep my room window open for the time I stayed there.
